"I stay at the Steigenberger airport hotel every time I fly international for the past 10 years. The Steigenberger is one of my favorite hotels and up until now I have never had a complaint and the rooms are always super clean. However, this time the towel in my room had a big brown spot on it that was pretty disgusting. I did not complain about it because I usually travel with my own travel towel for this exact reason. In ten years this was the only time there has been a problem, and I did not report it to management. Would I continue to stay there? YES! It is still one of my favorite hotels and over the course of ten years I have never had a concern. Staying here in my opinion is the best option."

"A beautiful old style hotel with great amenities. Overall the staff were excellent. Great location and lots of things to do. Our mid-range room was lovely, though we were disappointed not to receive an upgrade at check in - reception was not helpful with confirming if one was available just that the hotel was “busy.” Did not appreciate that as a guest and shouldn’t be on me to push for them to check if they’re “busy.”"

"The hotel was amazing. The check in was fast and friendly. I was there for one night due to an early morning flight. The amount paid for the hotel on that night for the location was worth the amount! I will stay again, when returning to Frankfurt."

"My favourite place to stay whenever I’m in Frankfurt! Perfect location for me, walkable from train station and getting to the cultural sites of the city is quick and easy. Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful. Terrific rooms with breathtaking view of the river. Will always stay here! "

"It's a great value and there really is no staff as this is self-check in so don't expect much. It is across street from the train station so that is VERY convenient but the area is not good especially at night. Do not walk around alone. But it is a great value and fine for one night. I stay here several times per year."
