"Our bathroom door would not shut, it was getting stuck and rubbing and there was no way to secure it closed. Also the main lobby furniture was very worn out and shabby looking. Overall our stay was great! The water in the bathroom was amazing and very hot. We had a great view of the city from our balcony room. The location of the hotel was great! We were able to get to everywhere we wanted to visit very easily. "

"wonderful property— excellent value given that they have a complementary shuttle from LaGuardia to the hotel. Check-in was super easy and quick and there is a bar with tons of selections on the main floor lobby. The room was very clean and updated with a comfortable bed and blackout drapes. The only aspect of this property that I’ve found so strange was that the TVs are not smart TVs.Staff was wonderful and I’m here for pre-op testing for hip surgery and staff went out of their way to be helpful with my compromised walking. Will, from security, was especially wonderful and gracious. I would definitely stay here again. "
