"We weren't sure what to expect as we've never stayed on a boat before but we were all pleasantly surprised. Check-in process was easy, we had great communication with the host and Sara met us at the entrance of the docks to show us everything we needed to know regarding the in/out procedure with the dock and anything else regarding the boat. There are two bedrooms, each one on opposite sides of the boat. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds with a smaller bed between them...

"Even better than described and pictured! James was so helpful and patient and an excellent host. Luxury linens, comfy furniture, and a view that can’t be beat. The surrounding area is a bit busy but we experienced nothing but peace and quiet during our stay. Very convenient location for Uber rides, too! We hope to have the chance to return. "

Limehouse basin is a picturesque setting, with easy public transportation access to all of the main events of the city. Extremely quiet and original place to stay. "On first impression, the Matrix is beautiful. It has lovely gathering spaces and is in a gorgeous setting in the marina. It was peaceful and relaxing EXCEPT there was no hot water for 3 out of 5 days of our stay and no one available to fix the issue over the weekend. The only means of communication was via email and sometimes it would be hours before we received a response. This was extremely stressful not being able to talk with a person, not receiving timely information nor to be provided with...
