"Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. "We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Midland! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The house is incredibly roomy, with plenty of space for our entire family, including my teen kids and my parents.The family room was the highlight for us! "For the cost and convenience, this is a nice place to stay. We were there for only one night visiting family in Midland, and we had my older in-laws, sister-in-law's family of 4 (including a 4 year old and infant) and my family of 5 (kids aged 12, 7, and 3). There was plenty of space for us all and everything was clean and nicely decorated. There were some negatives though - the kitchen cabinets are literally falling apart, and the refrigerator had no handle. No headboards are actually attached...

"The property was very comfortable and well maintained and well provisioned. During the process of check in there was a little bit of a hiccup but one of the hosts showed up almost immediately and took care of the problem. In the end we couldn't be happier with our overall stay I'd stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Owner notified me the original house wasn’t available. However, we were upgraded to a larger property and the owner clearly communicated these changes. I’d happily stay at one of his other properties in the future. "

"We needed a rental that allowed dogs due to an outpatient medical procedure that my husband was having. We booked this rental due to how close it is to the hospital (about 5 minutes) and I-20. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The fenced yard was also nice for our pups. I would definitely stay here again!!"
