"My room smelled musty and I wish I had complained about it early on but the hotel was totally booked so I didn't think they could do anything but they said they would have done something. Staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The hotel was fine, and staff were kind. We did have a bit of a wait for our room to be ready, and then we had to wait for towels. The location is great, the bakery and lounge were nice amenities. It would have been nice to have more flat surfaces in the room to put things on . "

"Good location near subway and attractions. On-site bar was convenient for breakfast and there are many other good options a short walk away. Elevators were fast so it was easy to come and go. Room was showing its age a bit - loud fan, shower door sticking."
