"The staff accommodated to all my needs in a timely manner & always pleasant .. the location was perfect right by the subway and a ten minute walk to Times Square .. the room has no phone or blowdryer that was a downside but other than that for location and safety and staff that are pleasant as you all were even the housekeepers!!! I’ll stay here again in the future for sure."

"I am a New Yorker who has stayed at many hotel's in the city! I needed a not overpriced hotel for New Year's Eve. I took a chance at this little place. Much to my surprise it was okay. The cleaning supplies were a bit overwhelming as far a smell but i found the place clean. The room was pretty big for the city. "Thought it was in a great location walkable distance to pretty much everything midtown. Staff were friendly. Room was clean except the comforter which has blood stains and the towel that was given was full of hair. Got a new towel without any issues. It was a place to stay if youre looking for a 3 or 4 star this isnt it.
