"The hotel is very nice and well located. The beds were not as comfortable as expected. WiFi is NOT free and we had to pay extra for it. I think nowadays Free WiFi is a must and all hotel should include it."

My forever go-to hotel

"My 1st time at this hotel. The lobby was tremendous and spacious. I can’t even describe it. The front desk personnel were very, very, nice. I requested a ground floor room and they gave me one. Super ! The room was adequate size and the t.v. was on with a personal welcome on it. The beds were so comfortable.There were more than enough towels and sundries. The breakfast was super with a large variety of foods. A nice patio with several tables and chairs. I am definitely staying at this hotel every time I come to San Antonio from now on. Absolutely!"
