"The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help as long as you could find them. When i arrived I couldnt find the front desk attendant who was in a back room and there was no sign or bell to ring to alert her of my presence. Another guest had been waiting for 10 minutes. Someone in the lobby, who had been visisting with others went and knocked on the office door when she realized we were waiting for help. It would be great to put some sort of call button out. "We loved the location, walked across the street from Olive Garden. Very close to where we needed to be. All the staff were pleasant and seemed very willing to help.We had a problem with the window, but the staff responded quickly and offered us another room, and the hot tub wasn't working when we were there, but they were planning to repair it on Monday. "Went there for my granddaughter's 3-year birthday. She had a blast swimming in the pool eating at Burger King which was real close. Jay let us in early to decorate the room. No charge for that. It was just awesome. Fun time"
