Susan was always available if we needed her (which we didn’t bc she already had already taken care of everything!) We had a family member with mold toxicity and its so hard to find somewhere clean! This one exceeded our expectations! Extremely comfortable beds! And pillows!! Room for everyone to spread out!...

"Overall the property was lovely. It was well decorated and it felt spacious for both of us. It would be nice to have 4 chairs available to eat at the table. We had friends over one day for lunch. "The Mermaid Cottage is a unique gem in Pensacola Beach. It has a great location to the beach, shops and restaurants. The cottages is very well maintained and very welcoming. It will sleep a family of 6 comfortably. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full sized beds. The full size beds were VERY FIRM. I'd recommend softer beds. Other than, I love the cottage. This was my second summer to stay in the cottage."

We saw all kinds of wildlife: conch shell walking on bottom of water, unidentified huge fish sitting at bottom of water, heron, blue jays taking a bath, and best of all a small gray dolphin 3’ from shore. It was also a full moon so we enjoyed the moon and stars from the dock. We walked daily along the road and it was peaceful and friendly neighbors!"
