I loved that the staff was friendly and was very helpful. The hotel room was decorated in a cute manner and was very clean. I liked the convenience of being able to walk to places. I didn't like the noise from people talking loudly outside. Maybe it was because of the holidays.

The room felt cozy, roomy, clean and layout was very pleasing. Did smell smoky at times probably due to other visitors next door smoking. Did appear to have permanent visitors in the cottages.

First of all, for the price, the location and accomodations were exceptional. I don't regret staying here vs the overpriced locations my daughter's basketball team were staying on Pensacola Beach. I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. I read one review when booking that stated the smell of marijuana was a negative experience. Well I only smelled it one time and I smelled it worse at the Hampton Inn when taking my daughter to meet her team. Soo... That wasn't a valid reason not stay at this inn. The staff got me fresh towels in a timely manner when I requested. It was truly an easy breezy stay.
