"Maureen and John are hands down the best hosts we’ve stayed with. They were communicative, helpful, and just lovely people. The cottage is clean, charming, and well situated in Pensacola. We walked a lot while we were there, enjoying the neighborhood and nearby entertainment and restaurants. We came for the Blue Angels homecoming air show at NAS Pensacola, and Maureen and John gave us loads of helpful hints that improved our overall experience. We’ll be back :)"

It is safe and provided easy and pleasant walking to local restaurants and attractions. The lodging is very clean and includes all services for a pleasant stay. Home away from home! "We stayed for a long weekend in November. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our morning coffee and again to see the evening sunset. We had several events to attend in downtown Pensacola and were in walking to distance to many of them. We had everything we needed and the place was immaculate. Will definitely book again on our next visit. "

"The property was adequate and offered a splendid beach view. There was some work being done on the balcony - it had ruts in the concrete as if it had been blasted with a jackhammer. Also, a couple of large work buckets had been left behind in the den by someone. Finally, there were very few plugs available to charge electronic devices, which gave the place an out-of-date feel. On the plus side the condo was very comfortable and clean with nice decor."
