"This dog friendly 2BR cottage is right on crystal clear Tripp Lake, with a large screened in porch/family room. It is small but very well appointed and maintained. The weekend we were there it was very quiet, and we had the beach to ourselves. Enjoyed kayaking, hiking nearby, and hearing the loons daily. Owners and manager were very thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great time boating and enjoying this lakeside home. The house was clean inside, and spacious as pictured. We also loved visiting Screw Auger Falls and Moose Caves…just a short drive away. I suggest that there be more kitchen towels available as well as washcloths in the bathrooms. The outside of the home could’ve used some cleanup as well. "

"We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. "We have been renting on Long Lake for many years and were so happy that we found this cottage for our family this year. The cottage was better than advertised. All of the accommodations you could possibly need. The location on the lake is also amazing! We spent endless hours on the great dock and using the swim raft. The sunsets across the lake were also incredible! We hope to return again next year!"

"This was our second year spending a week at Nick's place and we had a great time. The weather was a bit chilly early in the week, but we enjoyed fishing in the lake and taking out our SUP. North Conway was close by and we enjoyed taking our son to play mini golf and an arcade. Nick's place is close to downtown Bridgton where there are many restaurants and shops. "Everything was so easy for checking in! The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. There were even extras just in case you forgot something like a tooth brush shampoo etc...
