"Awesome place"

"The first room we were given did not have a working hot tub. The staff was helpful in moving us but placed us in a room that didn't have balcony access. They offered to move us again but at this point we had already unpacked our bags and would have had to pack up again. It would have been nice if they would have asked us if we were ok with being in a room that did not have balcony access as some of the other rooms do have balcony access. I usually wouldn't mind not having balcony access but we...

"Convenient"

"Front desk was not friendly concierge was pushy about timeshare and activities they wanted to sell. Toilet in room was clogged when we got there they gave us a plunger we fixed it. They never came and picked it up. It sat in front of our room for eight days. they couldn’t figure out how to receive a delivery or hold GrubHub orders at the front desk. "
