Room was very large, very clean and had mini fridge. Bathroom had bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and large/fluffy bath towel. Centralized location was good for my purpose and quiet, but I wasn’t there long enough to assess safety/ security of the neighborhood. However, room key required to access hotel hallways. At "check-in", desk clerk got on the phone and ignored new guests in line for 4-5 minutes, so first impression wasn’t great. The $34 mandatory "resort fee" is ridiculous. Self parking is already free, the "complimentary" water is $0.25 per bottle and the Wifi was super slow - took over a minute to access my email account and impossible to stream any show. Desk clerk said the Wifi was slow because of the number of guests, which would have been reasonably believable on a Friday or Saturday, but complete BS on a Monday night with the casino and hotel basically empty.

First, there should not be carpeting in the lobby area. At least not by the Reservations desk. Its extremely hard to navigate your luggage on it. Especially when its no where near the elevator. Second, we were not told about any of the attractions or amenities for the guest of the hotel. We found out things by talking with Vegas residents who were in the hotel gambling. Third, how do you have a big screen TV in a room that has 5 channels and a picture so distorted that it looks like something out of the 50's. They did not offer late check out, no airport shuttle, no bell check, no concierge service what so ever.
