"I booked Swallet Farm for my best friend’s stag do and it was excellent. Loads of space for activities in a great setting - I would wholeheartedly recommend. "

"Starting to need a little TLC. The hot tub lid is broken. There are missing dimmer switches and screws out of wardrobe door handles. In the games room the perspex glass on the side of the pool table was smashed and no ends on the queues. The dartboard wasnt fixed on the wall properly and not all the players work properly on the football table. Also had to rewire the karaoke plug. None of this ruined our stay as its a beautiful property with stunning views."

"Vine Cottage is a large, spacious, property, ideal for our family group of seven adults. With two lounges, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It's in a beautiful location situated in the vineyard itself. The kitchen/dining room is stunning, and made for family get togethers. However, the description in the listing needs to have more information. First of all, THERE IS NOT A MICROWAVE! It never entered our heads that there wouldn't be one at the property, but there wasn't....

"A beautifully renovated property, keeping all the history but with modern comforts. Well equipped farmhouse kitchen with a large dining table, many characterful and gorgeously appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. A brilliant games room and hot tub and a share of the lovely indoor swimming pool. Wonderful countryside views and of Glastonbury Tor. We were a mixed family group from Grandparents to newborns and the house was perfect. Would certainly suit teenagers too. We loved it and can’t wait to...

"Fantastic mix of living spaces, each with character. Wonderful and well-equipped kitchen, leading into a huge dining area, or out into one part of the garden. All the bedrooms have their own touch of style and class, and all are very attractive and very comfortable. Bathrooms galore! Character and cute little cubby holes everywhere. Two lovely hot tubs right next to each other, and an outdoor table and chairs, but right next to the house for ease of coming and going. Fantastic views, and so...

"It was a fabulous house with plenty of room to chill out and everything you could possibly want, beautiful gardens and the bonus of a hot tub, would definitely stay again."

"The property is a beautiful old farmhouse which has been beautifully restored. Accommodation was well laid out and because of the host’s style and attention to detail felt very like ‘home from home’. All felt very relaxed and not ‘too perfect’ that you couldn’t relax and enjoy it. Great space for the children and a fabulous playroom which they all enjoyed using. "Couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel room. We didn’t arrive until about 1930hrs, but was greeted by a lovely lady on reception, who asked if we wanted to eat that evening (which we didn’t) & if we needed breakfast (which we didn’t). We paid our £10 as we had been successful in an upgrade request online earlier in the day &, boy, was it worth it. A stunning view from our room (107) of the garden & golf course. The room was very clean, comfortable & quiet. I have to be honest, we didn’t eat here as we couldn’t afford the extra on top, so we provided our own food. Would definitely stay here again. Our daughter is at Bath university, so we probably will! "

"Lovley hotel! Definitley recommend and would stay again. Rooms were cosy and comfy bed. Outside my room was a little creeky on the floor when people walked by, but didnt wake me in the night. Hot breakfast choice was delicious and dinner choices were good too. Selcuded, so nice and quiet around the area"

"Easy check in. We had parked elsewhere as underground carpark appeared closed but apparently you have to get a code from reception to use their carpark. Breakfast very good indeed. Lady serving breakfast is excellent at her job. Would stay again. Room 5 was quiet, could do with a lick of paint but very clean. "
