"Stayed for a two night staycation. Flawless check-in process. The wheelchair I’d requested for my Mother was not only ready but one of the staff wheeled her to the lobby when we arrived. Vatsal at check-in was efficient and friendly, answering all my questions. The room was in good, sanitary condition. Walls should be thicker. I could hear the next room. "I don't write any reviews but I had to for this establishment. This was the best hotel I've ever been to. I am very well traveled, have been around the world and unbiased. Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Every accommodation was made quickly and respectfully. When staff members know your name everywhere you go, that shows their dedication. W"

A stay you won't want to leave.

"Everything from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is top notch. The staff is exceptional and when I told them about my severer seafood allergy they took excellent care to make me feel comfortable with the food. The bathrooms are luxurious and it felt like an oasis from the chaos of Mumbai. The fact that you can walk and see sunset on the Bay is an added Bonus"
