"We had a lovely stay at the Gordon Hotel. It was 2 blocks to the Gateway to India, and easy to walk anywhere. Never felt unsafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns. "

"Pathetic stay. Though in a great location just minutes away by walk from Baga beach, this property is a disaster. Absolutely deplorable condition, ill maintained and terrible staff attitude. Housekeeping is best described as non existent, intercomw doesn't work, no dental kit or body lotion. When asked, they suggested to use conditioner instead! Breakfast variety ends before it starts.
