"Reception staff were all amazing. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. This was booked as a couple but we had 5 rooms in total with other members of the family joining us. My mum was in a wheelchair James in reception gave a super warm welcome to my mum and continued to provide an excellent experience for us throughout our 3 night stay. "The location right on Swansea Beach was perfect in December and I am sure it will be even better in the summer. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect from a Marriott and the staff were lovely - especially the lovely lady who seats you for breakfast! My only warning would be there was an extra £10 charge for parking added which I was not expecting. You would struggle to find cheaper in that location, I imagine, but I just was not expecting it."
