"I have stayed at this hotel before it was purchased by Holiday Inn. Great staff! Aesthetics are much better! However, they stopped allowing cruise parking as of 2/13/25. This was one of the main reasons I chose to stay at this location. The manager allowed us to park this one time only, which was very kind of them to make an exception. Additionally, when we tried to check in, my reservation was cancelled. Luckily they had availability so we were able to rebook. I have say I was really pleased with how the staff was able to work with me on the issues we had! Very professional!"
