"We enjoyed our stay here, and it was conveniently located close to the beach we were going to. The place is cozy and the yard was big enough for my dogs, although it isn't fully enclosed, so we never left them unattended. It was nice and quiet at night time making it relaxing to sit out on the deck."

"We stayed here as a little staycation to be close to the beach while I flew in from out of town and was very pleased with the property. Very nicely kept, clean and you can’t beat the view. The manager was always great to communicate with and it was great that we were able to bring our pets."

"Overall it was okay. Gas stove was hard to light had to use lighter. Tv in master would not work. The outside shower was very dirty, but everything else was great. I would stay again. FYI Beachside Village does not allow trailers to park on properties."

There was ample parking space for over 10 vehicles. The detached apartment in the back was a nice feature, as it allowed for remote work without disturbing others. "Stayed a weekend with a large group of family. Overall the home was nice but definitely a little dated. Boards on the back deck area and near the pool would noticeably sink in while standing on them. The pool was OK, definitely aged and not very clean. Lots of empty beer/drink cans around outside of pool. Unfortunately upon check-in the home had not been cleaned. Most beds were dirty and all bathrooms had used towels thrown on the floor. "Great ocean views, perfect for watching the sun rise. House is showing its age and the effects of the weather. Public beach parking is directly in front of rental. Even in off-season, we were woken up in the middle of the night by loud music and car engines revving. May not be a great place for small children due to this. "
