"I thought our stay was great untill I was told I couldn't make anymore reservation for my say any longer that if I want to extend my stay I would need to do so with the front desk . So I then ask why and I got no answer really just that if I would like to extend my stay any further I would have to do so at the front desk. I asked if they would match the price that I've been receiving online and I was pretty much told no. I wanted to then book my stay online and I was told no. we had been staying there for well over two weeks and all of a sudden they want me to pay $100 pet fee for my husband's service dog which they knew about she swears she new nothing about him but every time we've stayed there in the past or this past two weeks they have always known we had an animal and they've always known he's with us all the time is my husband's service dog. They argued with me about not knowing but sees me every day walking him .. there sine says service animal excluded from pet fee. I was not paying that after two weeks of being there so she said to check out tomorrow and not come back. I can't understand why what did I do wrong she then said get it through my thick skull or head to check out tomorrow and don't come back here. My only reason is because I was extending my stay online for cheeper rates. Rant over .. house keeping was great "

"Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. After checking you get back in your vehicle and drive around a little swirly swirl to get to your room, you might want to ask for directions as it was not very easy to follow the map. Overall excellent stay- Cozy and quaint! "
