"I stayed there for a couple of nights Upsides: - location is fine. Not in the city but just a few minutes away from a tram stop and one/two stops away from the city center. - the room was big, the bed was comfortable and overall it was clean. There is also a kitchen and a laundry area that you can use if needed. Downsides: - you are in an INDUSTRIAL AREA and you literally have factories all around you. "Stayed for one night and found the place just fine for my needs. Rooms are basic, but comfortable. Very quiet room in spite of facing the road just outside. Super comfortable bed! Friendly staff. As others have reported, there is a certain smell, but not enough to be an issue for me personally. With its convenient location, it was just what I was looking for. "
