"There was some mix up at check in and the room we paid for was not available. Also we needed a dog room which apparently even though I stated it in the notes was not reservable In the end we got a very tiny room with a sub par access path and wasn’t able to really enjoy any of the real beauty of the hotel, except for in lobby Hotel tried to make it right. But it was still very disappointing. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The inside and outside of the hotel is very beautiful....

"A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent. If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45. "

"We stayed 4 nights and would definitely return if visiting Santa Barbara again. Communication with our host Debbie was great. Everything was as described in the listing. "

"Such a cute little spot with easy parking and access to everything in the cute town of Summerland and the beach. D'Arcy goes above and beyond to make you feel at home with coffee, water, sodas, snacks waiting for you... Amazing ocean view and adorable little deck. and walking distance to all the best food spots in Summerland and great little hiking trails. It's close to the freeway, but the place is surprisingly quiet at night with the windows closed. She also has a noise machine for you if...
