"The house is just exactly as pictures. The host was great and friendly. Perfect for a small family including pets. A really short walk to the beach. It was a quick trip for us and it was raining as well so we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi. Will come back next time. "

"We looooved our stay here. The cottage was so lovely and was well prepared/stocked. Walking distance to the coffee shop, breakfast places, etc. and close enough drive to downtown Santa Barbara. "The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again."

"The property was ok. Just a little small. The neighborhood was directly off the freeway and was a very crowded street with no parking. The driveway was short and off center of the street entrance. The check in time was 3:00 but we were not able to check in until 3:30 due to the cleaning lady still being there. During our stay, the cleaning lady came through the driveway to use the laundry area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have liked a more seamless stay. "
