"We enjoyed restful sleep because our room was behind the pool and the hotel was not crowded. There was a glitch with Expedia’s payment so out check-in was delayed until I spoke with customer service. I would like an explanation and/or a comp. from Expedia (good luck) for the mix up. "

"Very disappointing, the pictures on website did not match actual hotel. Our family booked 3 king rooms and 1 double room for 2 nights. We ended up with 4 double rooms. One of the pools was green full of algae and not usable. One room the tv did not work and shower was broken. Front desk sent maintenance man to fix the shower issues. However, maintenance did not fix the issue so family members in that room took showers in our room. Another room lacked toiletries essentials no toilet tissue and no...

"Walking in the door the cleanliness of the apartment struck me. It was comfy cozy and overall just a pleasant stay. Very convenient to the areas around it yet quiet. Hopefully we’ll be back to stay again."
