"I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left "

"Noisy because the room is next to the street I couldn't sleep at night, no air condition and it was really hot during that week so even more sleep deprived, the staff forgot to come back to make up the room and room is very expensive for that quality and the check out/ refund/ cancellation is not flexible, really upset with this stay"

"Great place to stay and was extremely convenient to walk to and from the train station. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future during my next trip to Berlin. "
