"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "This hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were nothing but helpful and went out of our way to make our honeymoon trip special. The room we had 'Lomand' was incredible and the four poster bed of my dreams. The claw bath was also a highlight and the room was clean and bright. "Stayed at hotel for 2 nights to visit friends. Our hosts Pete and Elliot went out their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would be more than happy to recommend and would definitely book again. Room spotless and breakfast delicious. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Toward. The location of the cottage is idyllic, and it was sometimes hard to do anything other than watch the water and the birds and ships passing by. But walking around the shoreline and exploring Dunoon were worth the effort and we found good local places to eateffort.atshoreline arouheadland "

"The apartment is clean and comfortable with great views. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking although apart from salt, pepper and cooking oil there were no other basics such as tea and coffee.Communication with the owner was excellent. It was easy to park in front of the property. It might not suit those with mobility issues as the (internal) stairs to the property are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. "I only booked for one night as a stop over for a longer journey North but would not have been disappointed if we had been here for longer. Fantastic food for both dinner and breakfast, staff friendly and helpful and clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic location with Loch views. Very dog friendly with treats and bowls provided in the room. Luna loved her doggy sausage breakfast. Would stay here again. "
