"The property is lovely, and the owner very resposive when light switch disintigrated. It was a shame the dishwasher program didnt work, the fire alarm fell from the ceiling and the tv was too old to take any form of digital equipment, nor did the dvd function work. Otherwise the cottage is lovely in a pretty spot The foul weather made tv more important I guess. It shortened our stay by half. "We really enjoyed the accommodation, it was clean and well equipped. Brilliant location our only real gripe was there was no facility to recycle anything, everything went into one bin. Just a small thing but in such a nice location we felt it was important. "

"You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. Easy access to the Ferries to Bute/ Tarbert and Dunoon ..Andrew , our host was very helpful and made our stay memorable.We used a wheelchair and his concrete ramp was ideal for entering and leaving this spacious property. "This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"
