"We had a great 2 weeks stay at this lovely lodge. We were really pleased with the whole experience from start to the end. Michelle and Ian were very hospitable and they arranged everything for us with the most efficient and effective way. "Views are beautiful, house is comfortable but a little tired. The location and peace and quiet are fabulous, nearest supermarket is 50 minutes drive so come prepared. Perhaps some comfy chairs outside to sit and enjoy the view."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, hot tub was great. Lack of resources to contact or text the property manager when we couldn’t get the front door to lock the first night or when the WiFi went down for nearly a day. No instructions on how to operate foreign appliances! The washer/dryer in the unit never got hot enough to dry my clothing so I ended up using the towel warmer. It took me over 9 hours to get two very small loads of laundry done."

"Our third holiday on Bute, it's such a great place. We all love jumping in the sea and digging on Ettrick Bay! The lounge at Kildavannan is just lovely, so warm and amazing views as you sit in the window seats."

"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Coach house!! It was prefect for our group of 9 and our dog. Mark was a great host and was in communication with us before and during our stay. The property was exactly as described, the pool table was a huge hit. The property was very well equipped and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the heating but Mark responded immediately and it was fixed. We love to return in the future!! "
