"Staff and facilities are superb. When checking in they gave you a choice of wine or soft drinks and some cheese and biscuits. They take your bags to the room. They have an on site restaurant which is a little limited, but with the number of guests it’s great that they now do this, so you can have an evening meal without having to going out. This is a boutique hotel where the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Sheldon and all the other staff are just amazing. The rooms are a good size and the bed was really comfortable, the infinity pool is lovely and the views are spectacular. We had an early check out before breakfast service and they sent us off with a huge breakfast with yoghurt, fruit, croissants, muffins, sandwiches and drinks. Typical of the attention to service that you get at Clouds Estate. Just a fantastic stay!!!"

"This is a fantastic boutique hotel in a great location. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room 15 is amazing with huge corner double aspect windows and beautiful views of the hills. "

"We booked last minute and as the price was lower than other options was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Very spacious loft apartment with a great bed and lovely bathroom. As we were there only 1 night didn't use the well appointed kitchen. Sofa was comfortable and it was close to the center of town. Great bakery next door as well as the supermarket across the street. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great stay, nice room with great bathroom. Breakfast not a huge choice but what they had was v good and lovely coffee. Hassar Grill on site is also really good with great service. Will be back!"
