"Wonderful hostess who kept me informed throughout and went the extra mile to make my stay great. House is wonderful and very peaceful. Bedroom was large with very comfy bed and the bathroom was awesome. Underfoot heating so showering was excellent. Once the light went out you couldn’t see you hand in front of your face. Perfect nights sleep on both nights and full use of kitchen when required. A real gem. "

"This proprty does feel a bit tired and dated. We stayed whilst visiting santa pod raceway. 15 minuets from the track. The hosts were so friendly and accomodating. We had a family room which was perfect. Spotlessly clean including the bathroom and beds comfy. Tea coffee and toiletries in the room. Breakfast was extra but wow! What a great breakfast and im picky for quality 10/10. Overall good value and just what we needed. Should we ever use a hotel again whilst visiting santa pod we would definitely stay again."

"The barn was beautifully restored and full of interesting features. Comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need and extra generous touches. The hosts lived opposite and were frienldy and helpful."

"Host cancelled my stay 3 hrs before due to arrive, claiming I wasn't happy with house rules. Nowhere did it state check in details would not be provided until 2 hours before arrival time. In fact when speaking on the phone, they didnt reply to text messages, they said they would provide details 24hous before check in. Of course no check in details were provided. When calling 5 hours before they said 2 hours before. Called customer services, started off well but after 45 mins, mostly on hold, the call dropped and despite the original agent saying that if the call dropped they would call back - They did not. Proceeded to property, checked app to see if by any miracle the check in details had been provided only to see CANCELLED. No call to advise of such, no text message, no email either. In summary, one word APPALLING!"

"Lovely caravan. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Nice to have enough towels for everyone! Good shower. Only criticism is the blinds in the whole place are very thin and don’t block out any light which doesn’t make for easy sleeping."
