"We loved the charm of this 100 year old building and the proximity to the hospital where our Mother was being treated. The off-street gated parking is an added bonus! We found the suite clean, the beds comfortable with several different pillows choices. The bathroom and kitchen was amply stocked, and instructions well posted. "We loved our short stay here. It was very cozy. The view was beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with. It was clean. The only 2 things that were disappointing were that there was not a lighter to start the fireplace and the resort's restaurant was closed for a chunk of the winter season, which it did not say on the Innsbrook website so we were surprised to learn that our dinner plans had to change. Other than that, we did enjoy our time here!"

"More information about how to enter and use the car pass to get in other gates would have been helpful. On the last day the guard explained the process. Also, the cold water in the kitchen sink must be clogged. Low pressure when only using the cold water. Otherwise, our stay was very nice."

"Very clean and quiet apartment. Great place to stay with small kids. It is a 30 minute walk to the zoo, which sounds like a lot but it is a very pleasant and safe walk through Forest Park. Also very close to the Delmar Loop Trolley which my 2 year old was absolutely enthralled with. Towels were plentiful and kitchen was adequate for a simple meal. I was impressed that the AC was COLD in such an old building. We would stay here again without hesitation. "
