"Oct 31, very noisy neighbors. Children jumping and shouting loudly until around 11 pm. At 3:30 am, I was awaken by a child screaming from the same room 410. I called front desk to complain and no one answered. I had very little sleep because of this on the first night of my stay. I reported this problem at my checkout this morning Nov 2."

We were upgraded to a suite and that was a great surprise! Continental breakfast was great with many options. We would definitely stay here again!"
