"The property was lovely, and nicely tucked away near the city centre and overlooking the tramway. The problem with this, though no fault of the owner, was that when an alarm sounded in a building some 100 yards away, it kept us up all night, even with all windows shut. However, the restaurant next door was lovely and ideally placed. The room itself was very clean and had a relaxed feel to it. "

"Room was very cold and we tried to adjust the temperature from 22° but it was set by the hotel. The temperature was raised by 1° on our last evening, which was better. The mirror in the room was in the corner and not in a good place to use when drying my hair especially as the socket underneath the mirror had 3 round pins and not a standard british socket. Also, there was no space to dry my hair properly as the wall was too close to the mirror. The mirror needs to be moved to a more accessible...

"I've stayed in several hotels in Nottingham over the years and this is definitely my new favourite. The staff are lovely and genuinely mean when they say if you need anything to ask. The highlight apart from this is the hotel's location in the heart of the city, but away from the thoroughfare. It's lovely and quiet whilst being close to everything you can need.
