"Room was very clean. Aesthetics is modern and minimalist which is perfect for our one night stay. Check-in was easy. We were freezing when we arrived but the heater did its job quickly. Only downfall was I Wish I read the reviews about this place being on a busy street. Sirens and loud motorcycles throughout the night. I could hear every single car passing by and we’re not even in a room closest to the street. Walls are fairly thin, I could hear other people’s conversations through the walls when they’re talking loud enough. For the price we paid though, I think it’s a good deal. "

"I was happy with the stay other than the strict parking. It’s a shame that la hacienda just lets this tow company pray on people. My friend stopped by briefly and got his car towed which is ridiculous because there is so many free parking spots. I can understand if a car was parked there for more than 24 hours but his car was there for just a couple hours if that. People coming to this hotel are coming here because it’s affordable; they can’t afford to pay the tow yard fees which was almost $500 plus it goes up every hour it’s in the tow yard. Crooks "
