We were there to explore and our lodging was for nothing more than to bathe, sleep, use the fridge for leftovers, use the microwave for leftovers and enjoy the bliss of being so close to all the sights and the beach within a decent budget! "This home is amazing. A perfect spot for our family gathering. Main bedroom on the ground floor, for those who don’t do well with stairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs with tons of closet space. Separate apartment downstairs with full bath & kitchen. There’s a loft where our teenagers hung out. This home is outfitted with everything you need to cook meals & enjoy visiting with friends/family. A quick stroll will get you to the beach. Owner was very communicative & accommodating. Great place to stay. "

"We loved our stay at this property along the canal in Capitola. It was just right for my husband, our daughter , her husband and their newborn baby. A quick walk into town and easy access to the beach where we spent much of our time. The house was clean and the property manager was easy to get ahold of. Check in and check-out were a breeze."

It has been put together with artistry and anticipation of guests' needs: we appreciated the supplies of basic provisions for guests' use. The location is peaceful and relaxing despite its proximity to the centre of Carmel, just a 15-minute walk away. We particularly enjoyed the attractive timber deck with its range of seating. "

"We had a great stay in Carmel. The house is at a great location, near Carmel beach. There are a good deck with views which was great for relaxing. Bill was very helpful, showing us around the house and giving us tips of of what to do and where to go for meals. We will definitely be back."
