"It was very clean. They had everything needed for breakfast. The towel available for pool usage. What i didntlike was , i had to pay a deposit after payong at teservation time.Also when i signin the person attending was rude. "

"I was returning from a European vacation. It was too late to book a connecting flight so I stayed at the Crown Plaza overnight in order to take an early flight home the next day. The room was comfortable, soft towels, there was a restaurant for a late night dinner and I was able to make coffee. More importantly there was van shuttle to and from the hotel from Newark airport."

"Perfect airport hotel. We stayed for only about 12 hours (morning flight out was at 6:00am). Caught the shuttle at 4:30am without any problems or delays. The room was super clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was exceedingly welcoming and friendly, which is not always the case at the various Newark Airport hotels. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Front desk staff friendly and efficient: RJ at check-in providing relevant details and Dedy at check-out thanking us for staying and inquired if it was pleasant. Breakfast the usual fare, buy sufficient variety. Room cleaning on request, however the housekeeping staff called to check if we needed clean towels. Room and property overall quite clean and well kept. Lots of parking, though $20 daily. Room was quiet, although close to the airport and highways. Not so good: The water in the tub did not drain quickly. Brought it to RJ's attention who sent some-one immediately. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would stay here again."
