"Our room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The food was nice. We came with our dog but even though the hotel states that it is dog friendly, it is really we let you bring your dog. There was an area to eat when you have a dog (which was fully booked on the Friday) so we sat in the bar area which had a good atmosphere. We asked to be sat there on the second night as the dog friendly area was out of the way and there was no atmosphere. It is important to us when we come away with our dog...

"They welcomed us in, showed us the facilities and gave us advice on where to go in Liverpool. through a booklet in the room. Great location for the price. Communal toilets and kitchen, were very clean and decent for the price. Felt very safe, would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed from Friday to Sunday, had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning staff was very helpful, free parking out the back and no hotel tax, just 10 minute drive in to liverpool city centre "

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"What a fantastic find. The Staff were unbelievabley friendly and so so helpful. Clare ,Emma and the young bar tender (didn’t get his name) went above and beyond,couldn’t fault the hospitality,it was fantastic. Probably one of the best stays with staff so friendly I’ve ever had. Ten out of ten."
