"We had an amazing stay here this weekend with our teenage children. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and very spacious. Food was great and service impeccable. Neil was so welcoming and helpful. "I arrived late and the host had taken steps to make sure that I wasn't locked out. The room I had was large and I could have had my own kitchen setup if I was staying longer. In the morning I was greated by friendly host and I was offered a free continental breakfast. "

"The hotel area smelt of curry and beer with sticky floors, which was not a good start. The person at reception was confused why I was there, then realised I was the last person they were expecting. When I did get a key, there was silence before I asked where the rooms were. The bathroom smelt mouldy (which it was), the shower plumbing needed to be cleared as it was blocked, and the sink plug locked in place. The steps down to the fire escape had 'stuff' stored on them and at ground level more...
