"Booked this property for my family vacation of 12 people for 8 nights in September 2024. The check-in process was easy - I received the details a few days before check-in and getting into the property was fine. "We loved the property, it is in a great location next to the river. The house is well equipped and clean and comfortable. The communication with the host beforehand was clear and the directions to the property were easy to follow. The only hitch we experienced was that at the point we booked the property it had a hot tub, but by the time of our booking the hot tub was no longer there. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you. "

"I really enjoyed my stay there. The actual rooms themselves were great. Super clean, lots of space. The entrance kind of looks like a prison, and was a little off-putting when I arrived. Also, it’s by a bar called the Purple Turtle. It’s LOUD! Not the music, but the people who go to the bar. It’s roust, and I had the pleasure of being woken up around 3am each day to people screaming and yelling. Bring your ear plays to drown them, and the busses that pass through there out. "

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton, Heathrow Terminal 4. My room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was perfect for an early night before an early flight. I ate in the bar, prompt and friendly service, food and wine of good quality. "

"Only a short walk (8 mins) to Heathrow T3 which is why we chose the hotel. Also, gas some great views from the bar on floor 14,. Staff and food also good in the bar and reception staff also very friendly. Would definitely stay again."

Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow

"Very clean and large rooms, best airport hotel I have been in for a while. Great dining options at the hotel restaurants with pizza and vegetarian healthy options. Gym and swimming pool if you would like to stay fit. Staff was helpful, hotel is very busy yet it felt quiet and calm, perfect to destress before or after your flights. Only downsides: 1) when I was calling the staff from the room it would take them a long time to pick up, often resulting in me having to call multiple times in a space of 15min. 2) they did not have a luggage scale. I think they could definitely work on providing one considering it's an airport hotel. Overall I highly reccommend this hotel. "
