"We were in the area for a family reunion. This was exactly what we were looking for. It was a nice little cabin that was built in the 1800’s and is still being renovated. The area is remote and quiet. We had everything we needed, including daily visits by the owners dogs, who were very friendly. The owners stopped by to drop off an extra space heater because a cool front was coming in. They were very nice people and we had a good visit. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. "

I didn't receive the pass code for the door until I needed to reach out the host. The key pad lost its battery, and the spare key was not available. Other than this one instance, I like the place."

We loved having coffee on the front porch and watching the birds in the morning and having cocktails in the evening by the water with a fire in the chiminea. "
