"Good location"

"This is a beautiful historic hotel that has been beautifully kept. The service is phenomenal! We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a note for anyone who has difficulty walking a bit of a distance: the north wing requires going up to the 2nd floor and walking through a skywalk to get to the newer section of the hotel. I only mention this because we tried helping an elderly couple find their room and the gentleman had a very difficult time walking the distance to get there and unfortunately it is the only way to get to some rooms. Other than that, great location a block from Pearl Street mall, impeccable service, and beautiful rooms!"

"The staff is so helpful and friendly. There are lots of special touches, like smores in the evenings, complimentary snacks in the lobby, Bath and Body Works products provided in the rooms. I was here 2 weeks ago with friends and loved it so much that I brought my mother here for Mother's Day. "

"The location was beautiful and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The check-in was seamless, the room was clean, and parking was a breeze. My minor concern was the hand soap and body wash were completely out. We called the front desk but nobody picked up, maybe because it was later in the evening. Free breakfast was provided, but it was very basic that we ended up eating out. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Estes Park!"
