"The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Quiet and comfortable stay in the mountains. Loved the feel of the house. Was upscale but also rustic. Highly recommend if you desire to be a little more secluded but very comfortable. Recommend picking up groceries in Evergreen if coming from Denver airport as there are not any grocery stores nearby. "

"This property was perfect our annual girls trip. The cabin was very clean, well stocked with nice dishes, appliances, bedding, towels and furniture. However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…"

"We booked this cabin for our honeymoon, and we were pleasantly surprised by the chocolate covered strawberries and candles the host set out for us. It was super thoughtful and made our stay special! The view here is incredible, and the house has all that you can think of for your stay. We traveled with our dog, so we cooked most of our meals and we had all we needed and more! "This cabin surpassed all of my expectations! The best part is the view of the lake. It is even better than the pictures portray! We spent a lot of time on the deck to enjoy the view. The cabin was extremely clean upon arrival and the owners have it decorated so nicely. Plenty of space for 6 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. "Close to the park and convenient. Units are older and starting to show their age. Clean but fairly spartan unit. Two person hot tub on deck is tight. Nice to be on the river but just room for two to sit on the deck with the hot tub. Uni is for sale and with showings we were unable to know if we could get in a little early in time for us to react. Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as was finding the unit. "

"The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back...

"The home itself was lovely with incredible potential. The home seemed very new with some details not addressed (toilet handle falling off, doors that were not plumbed or hung correctly so would not close) Dirty non laundered blankets, air fryer had old food in it...) and in need of a pest control service. The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning...

" Great room, very roomie can easily sleep four ppl. Staff was great, helped whenever we needed. Just know that on building one and two the wifi does not work on the smart tv because you can’t sign in with room number. Room was clean smelled Great plenty of space and it’s a Mountain View "

"The cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the back patio was really nice. The location was close and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bathroom was very large and we had a jet tub, which was really nice, but the shower portion did not work well. My husband is 6'3 and the shower portion was extremely low. I am 5'7" and it was too short even for me. If you are ok with just taking baths, it is a really nice tub. "
