However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…"

"Stayed here with a large group and there was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Check in/out was straightforward and the house was in great condition. Would stay again!"

"The chalet (#8) was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent - 2 miles from downtown, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park - nestled right between the main attractions, the setting is serene and relaxing. Elk wandering right through the property and star gazing from the hot tub after a long day of hiking or shopping was fantastic. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"

The whole house is stocked with plenty of amenities. They gave detailed instructions on how to use things and where items were located. The views were amazing. "The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back...

"We had a wonderful stay at the lakeside chalet, and plan on coming back yearly. We got married on the lake and the pictures dont do justice to how beautiful it is there. The house was really nice and clean, plenty of room for two people."

"This is a fantastic property. It is very clean and spacious. The only reason I gave 4 stars on listing is because it says it has air conditioning. It has lots of ceiling fans but no air conditioning. Other than that, it is a great property."
