"Lovely hotel just around the corner from Shuishe bus stop. Close to pier, restaurants, 7-11, Family Mart. Elevator, nice shower, plenty of plugs and USB chargers, great breakfast. The complimentary tea in the rooms was AMAZING!! staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. "

"Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

"Perfect located by the lake, our lake view room has a very nice view both at night and morning, an easy board walk around the hotel was a plus."

"Service is excellent- staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quite spacious. Breakfast is basic, as in most minsu. Hotel is rather old and bedroom floor is rather dusty. No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier. Room rates pricey considering the condition of the room and facilities."

"The room was clean an spacious for 2. There is a window between the bathroom and bed area (a bit odd, yet there was a shade). They held our luggage as we arrived early. Only real complaint was the breakfast buffet, not well laid out, nor food replenished in a timely manner, it was very crowded. Overall, it was a good place tostay.at sun moon lake."
