"Room is quite small so we couldn’t really open up our luggage. They only provide one type of wash for use on both hair and body. Be sure to bring your own hair shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast is very basic and we actually skip it. Staff is friendly. We stayed one night at the accommodation right next to it called Top Cloud. We think it is more value for money as the room is better and breakfast is better. "

"The property is half way to the top of the mountain, so about an hour's driving from Jiaye. The suite we stay has two bedrooms, a shared washroom with two bidet toilets and a large shower. It also has a large living room and an open tea room that can be converted into a bed room. The suite is clean and very comfortable to stay for a family. The staffs were very friendly. One of the attractions of Alisan is sunrise, you can enjoy a cup of Alisan's green tea in their lounge at the sixth floor....

"Really nice quaint quiet place to stay - we didn’t drive so relied on limited transport services (which ran on time) so had to plan around these times. Understandably being on a mountain, dining options are fairly limited. Very friendly and helpful staff! Overall recommend for a good relaxing getaway from your everyday life! "

"Location Hotel is located very near to Cingjing farm. . The view outside the hotel is great and 7-11 is available in front of the hotel (I believe it’s open 24/7) which is very helpful. Hotel. It’s a basic hotel, one of the staffs speaks English. Rooms are good with coffee powder and 4 bottles of water that they top up everyday. There is no coffee Mac though, you have to get the water from common dispenser to make coffee. There is no lift but I don’t think it was a problem for me as our room...

"Rooms are big but dusty. Bigger rooms have air-conditioning but smaller rooms do not have air-conditioning, and rely on the cool air in the evening. Therefore have to open windows. Bath tub available, but each guest is provided with only a small packet of shower gel/shampoo packet. So you can only take 1 shower a day, unless you bring along your own shower gel/shapoo. Breakfast was great if you like asian food. Coin-operated laundry is available, but not commercial types. Did not see any dryer...
