"Great location, comfy beds, warm and cosy. Staff bought extra pillows to the room. So so many mirrors. Walking distance to main attractions. 15 mins to everywhere. Shop next to the hotel and breakfast and a bar onsite. Would stay again. Area looks a little dodgy at night so wouldn’t want to walk back alone. One of the male members of staff was a little rude (or it may just be his personality) but one word answers and very little help"

"Great location, stay here! Couple of tram stops from the main station, easy to get to brandenburg & checkpoint Charlie, again a couple of stops on the underground. Best breakfast buffet I’ve had in Europe!"

"Good level of facilities and service quite a lot of noise was given at extra cost a better room but this fronted onto building work that caused noise from about seven am so wasn’t really an acceptable upgrade which meant to keep noise manageable had to fully shut windows at night not my preferred option"

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "
