"I had to reach out for check in details a day before leaving for the trip after being told they'd be available 3 days prior, and had to get VRBO involved to get a response. The property was as advertised, with the exception of a broken toilet seat that left me concerned about being charged for this situation. My communication about this issue went unanswered by the property owner (a management company) until after I'd checked out and left town. Very poor response time if you need anything...

"This house is perfect! I had a couple questions for the host prior to our stay and she responded quickly each time. When we arrived, the house was clean and well stocked. "This was our second stay in this space, so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Everything is clean and ready for you to relax. We did a fair amount of cooking and found what we needed in the kitchen but also walked into town for a few meals. The hot tub area is private and perfect for two people. "

"The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. "

"Chose this place as it had 3 bedrooms, the reviews saying the kitchen was well stocked, and the amazing location of being at the mouth of the river as it dumps into the ocean. Best vrbo I’ve ever had! Seeing the ever changing tide and swell of the river was exquisite entertainment and education for teen grandkids. We will be back!!"

"Overall stay was satisfactory. We were advised in advance the hot tub was not working and the property management team was very responsive with communications, and gave a small refund. However, it was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we booked it. The scenery was spectacular! Due to allowing pets, we were not surprised to find traces of pet hair but the sheets on the hideaway bed downstairs were dirty.
