"Its a boarding house, not a nice place to stay for a trip. The bathrooms were pretty gross. There were random people on the hallways for hours at a time. The tiny room had a non-functioning tv, stained sheets, and old ratty towels. I would never stay here again."

"This is such a great location and walkable to downtown Eugene and University of Oregon. We were in town visiting my daughter who is in school and attending a Ducks football game. Was perfect spot to be close to all the action. I even loved that there was a 7-11 across the street. Quick access to some basic supplies and snacks. The unit itself was the perfect size for my wife and I and had everything you could possibly need. I plan to look to see if this unit is open for all my future trips to...
