"The staff were very responsive and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the shower was large. It was quiet despite being on a fairly main road area. Grocery store and take away food places within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast and dining area was lovely and you can access this area at all times to make a tea or coffee (as there are no facilities for this in the room. A lovely breakfast of cereals, juices, toast, pastries, ham, cheese and cooked foods was included in the price. OEasy parking...

"Pay attention to the check in/deposit process. After check in an email should be sent and a request for a deposit. After the deposit, instructions on your room and how to get in will be sent. Other than that the come and leave as you go is nice and convenient."

"There was a very cosy feel to the hotel and the room. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety and staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the pub on the first night and the meals were delicious. The room was fairly comfortable but it could do with some updating/replacing of items. The mattress was past it's best (resulting in an uncomfortable sleep on the first night) and the taps were loose, with drainage not working great. However we'd certainly return again."

"We loved how reasonable the place was, and how close it was to the airport. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway and it’s not too bad of a walk. "

"Really lovely place to stay, not what I was expecting at first but I have zero complaints about it!! The staff were fantastic, the rooms were beautiful and the shower controls were mindblowing; the only downside is the pillows/mattress aren’t too comfortable, but everything else about the property is fantastic. Thank you for being so accomodating!!"
